What is meant by the CSV catalog?

CSV stands for Comma Separated Value and is basically a correctly formatted text file. Each row inside has a subdivision into columns, identifiable by separators such as, for example, comma, or other characters (such as ";").

What is it for?

Through a CSV file it is possible to populate our ecommerce with the products we want to insert. The information contained therein will therefore be the product sheets of our catalog. For those who have a large catalog with many products to be included, it is an excellent solution. The CMS of our platform provide the possibility to upload CSV files but it is necessary to respect very specific rules. Let's see specifically how to upload the csvs in our ecommerce
