Lamarossa di Amastuola is a wine suitable for any meal, which goes perfectly with both white and red meats. Called "a real ode to the Tarantino terroir", this Primitivo IGT is of a deep ruby ​​red color, almost impenetrable. The aroma immediately releases a fruity explosion of small ripe red fruits, which cross with spicy and balsamic tertiary aromas such as bay leaves and tobacco. The organic wine presents itself on the palate full, concentrated, full-bodied, with a persistent, fruity and salty finish.

Vinification: The grapes are selected and harvested by hand overnight. After destemming, the whole grapes are sent to the truncated cone-shaped vats in Allier oak where fermentation takes place at controlled temperature and a long post-fermentation maceration.

Aging: 6 months in oak barrels, 6 months in cement

Alcohol: 14.5% vol.
