Biotin Liquida is a liquid-focused dietary supplement based on Biotin.

The Biotin (also called Vitamin B8 or H) is part of the vitamin complex of group B. It is a water-soluble vitamin that cannot be accumulated in the body and that must be introduced constantly with food or with adequate food integration.

It is of fundamental importance to maintain healthy skin outbuildings such as skin and hair as it regulates glycogen production, the main source of cellular energy.

It is also recognized, especially with significant dosages, the decisive action of regulation/normalization of sebaceous glands and therefore of the production of sebum: is therefore particularly useful in case of forphora, desquamations, seborrhea, seborrheic dermatitis and in numerous other dermatological diseases (eczemes, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis etc).

Ingredients: Purified water, vegetable glycerol, Biotin (Vitamin H), potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate

In dietary supplements the maximum dosage Bio allowed by the Ministry of Health is 0.45mg/day corresponding to 1 drop per day of Biotin Liquida.

It can be taken indifferently at any time of the day (preferably far from meals, coffee, alcohol, eggs and foods containing eggs), with a little water or directly under the tongue.

Behind medical advice, the product can be taken to higher therapeutic dosages, typically 5mg/die or 10mg/die by adjusting the number of daily drops taken:

11 drops bring 5mg of Bio;

22 drops bring 10mg of Bio;

The product does not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Do not exceed the recommended dose;
