  LOW MAINTENANCE. By means of pressure compensation, a regulation system inside the carburetor called a compensator ensures that despite the increase in air filter contamination, engine power, exhaust gas quality and fuel consumption remain almost constant over a long period of time. Therefore, you will only need to clean the air filter when you notice a noticeable decrease in performance. This makes it possible to work for a long time without maintenance.
  
  Different cutting lengths, types of wood and working techniques require different amounts of oil. The oil pump with adjustable flow rate allows you to precisely adjust the dosage of the oil flow rate according to your needs. It is possible to reduce the amount of oil fed by up to 50%.
  
  MORE™ PLEASANT WORKING ENVIRONMENT. The power delivery of the tool generates vibrations that are felt especially in the handle area. The shock absorbers and compensation elements of the STIHL anti-vibration system reduce the transmission of engine vibrations to the handle and thus to the body of the user. As a result, the device can be held more comfortably and allows you to work with less fatigue.
  
  REDUCED OIL CONSUMPTION. The STIHL Ematic system consists of a STIHL Ematic or Ematic S guide bar, the STIHL Oilomatic chain and an oil pump with adjustable flow rate. It ensures that the chain oil gets to where it is needed for lubrication. In this way, oil consumption can be reduced by up to 50%. If you often work in dusty environments or use longer guide bars, the new oil pumping system allows you to increase the amount of oil quickly and easily at any time.
  
  EASE AND SPEED OF OPENING AND CLOSING. Thanks to the cap that can be opened and closed without the use of tools, it is possible to open and close the oil and fuel tanks in a few simple steps thanks to the bayonet closure.
  
  EASY AND SAFE TENSIONING. The side chain tensioner allows for simple, quick and safe chain tensioning and replacement. The tensioning screw is operated laterally through the spool cover.
  
  EFFORTLESS STARTING. The decompression valve makes it easy to start the device. During start-up, it is possible to release a part of the compressed mixture from the cylinder by opening the valve. This protects the starter system and reduces the use of force on the starter rope.
