• Ematic system for chain lubrication: Depending on the type of bar and the type of wood, the STIHL Ematic system reduces chain oil consumption by up to 50 %. It consists of an Ematic bar, an Oilomatic chain and an oil pump with adjustable and reduced flow rate. As a result, the lubricant reaches exactly where it is needed in a targeted manner and with little loss.
• EC electric motor: The electronically controlled EC electric motor operates without carbon brushes, is subject to minimal mechanical wear and impresses with a significantly higher degree of efficiency than conventional electric motors. In this way, the energy of the accumulator is translated into maximum performance.
