Description

Don Cosimo oil deserves to be used daily because it brings the taste and flavor of the past to the tables. Its flavor, its green color with golden yellow reflections from natural settling, the aromatic notes of artichoke and cut grass are all expressions of Sicily. Our flavored oils are made by infusion, without the help of any chemical product.

Production Method: ORGANIC

Provenance: LAURA LANTERI FARM 10 ha of which 5 are olive groves. Located at a height of 400 meters above sea level in the Caccamo area

Extraction: COLD in a three-phase continuous cycle system

Characteristics: Green color with golden yellow reflections from natural settling, fresh and persistent aroma, with aromatic notes of artichoke.

Harvest: By manual stripping and with the help of electric harvesters.
