Italian design contemporary combined with a robust stainless steel 18/10 , to create a pot that lasts a lifetime. The high pot with inserts cook of the line 1810 Mepra , made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel, the external and internal surface is mirror polished. The triple bottom: internal layer Stainless steel 18/10 - central layer Heart in Aluminium non-toxic - external layer Special steel for induction . The pots are suitable for all heat sources including those with induction and can also be inserted in the oven having handles in electro-welded stainless steel . All pots are equipped with a wrap edge. Instead of a lid stainless steel, Mepra used a lid in glass Pyrex to cover meat, fish, vegetables or pasta, is unique, of superior quality and with an excellent resistance to mechanical impacts. It adapts perfectly to extreme temperatures, from -40° to +300°, and resists thermal shocks up to 220°, and can be used without fear from the freezer oven and vice versa. They meet all culinary challenges, from preparation to service, cooking, preservation. the pots of the new Gourmet collection are dishwasher safe.
