The timeless rounded pot of the Italian tradition inspired by the first terracotta artifacts of the Etruscans and which has come down to us through the centuries, simple, elegant and impossible to improve. 18/10 Stainless Steel triple encapsulated heat-diffusing bottom (18/10 Stainless Steel - Aluminum - Induction steel) Reinforced anti-drip edge , with electro-welded projection handles , internally hollow, for better heat resistance. The outside of the pans is mirror polished , the inside is matt satin with a graduated scale . The inside of the pan and Wok in the latest generation non-stick triple layer, stain-resistant and resistant to metal utensils . the outer layer in highly thick mirror polished 18/10 stainless steel . The triple encapsulated heat-diffusing bottom ( 18/10 stainless steel - aluminum heart - steel for induction ) furthermore the pans can be washed in the dishwasher without compromising the non-stick properties . All the components of this maxi set can also be inserted for cooking in the oven and can be used on all hobs (induction, halogen, glass ceramic, electric and gas).
