The magic lid is not a simple lid , but a real cooking system. In fact it allows to cook on stove , as if you use oven frying machine the voporiera etc. is the alternative to these appliances, saving time, doses of condiment, and energy consumption. the cover works thanks to principle of the Venturi tubes. This lid separates water vapor from liquids cooking thanks to " Venturi holes" and condenser bell. In fact, when we cook, we see the way out of the top of the lid the water vapor , instead the steam that contains all propitiatory of the food salt through the holes , yes condensation in bell , cools and falls on foods cooking them; lowering the temperature temperature of cooking, exalting the flavors and keeping unchanged the nutrition.
