The new line of Gourmet Woks , made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel, internal surface in latest generation non- stick triple layer, external surface in mirror polished 18/10 stainless steel . The triple bottom : (inner layer 18/10 stainless steel - central layer Heart in non-toxic aluminum - outer layer special steel for induction) . The wok of the new Gourmet line is suitable for all heat sources including induction ones and can also be placed in the oven having an empty electrswelded handle for better heat resistance . The Wok is equipped with an ultra-resistant Pyrex lid , to cover meat, fish, vegetables or pasta, it is unique, of superior quality and with excellent resistance to mechanical shocks. It adapts perfectly to extreme temperatures, from -40° to +300° and is resistant to thermal shocks up to 220° . This product responds to all culinary challenges, from preparation to serving, cooking, storage. All the products in the new Gourmet collection are dishwasher safe.
