Stainless steel 18/10 mirror polished, Bottom, ultra-compact 15 mm thick thermal accumulation, made with a special aluminium plate encapsulated between two layers of steel. The extreme compactness of metal, the particular system of application of thermodiffuser bottom in triple layer ( suitable for all cooking levels including induction) wall thickness of mm. 1.2 are able to store and distribute evenly the heat with the inductive material contained in the triple bottom. The edge of the lid, thanks to its particular shape, it prevents the outflow of steam that is formed between the lid and the casserole, providing a "natural thermal seal" in addition to avoiding the dispersion of the valuable nutrients of food, considerably shortens the times of cooking.  The oval casserole with grill inside with handles for a safe grip, it is ideal for roasts and large fish. The set is also equipped with a practical basket collar for the cooking a steam is very suitable for cooking gently those poor foods of fat (such as fish and some varieties of meat) and for legumes, potatoes, cereals, vegetables etc. For this type of kitchen the heat conduction is given by steam generated by a boiling liquid (water, broth) or by a dish that is cooking. Mirror polishing gives a light note in the kitchen and allows faster cleaning. Cover with thermo control, to cook without fear thermometer included, it is recommended not insert it into the dishwasher.
