Description

Nuraghe Rosé Spumante Brut is a Charmat Method Quality Sparkling Wine from the Cantina Sociale di Mogoro Il Nuraghe, a rosé alternative to Anastasia Brut, recently marketed by the cooperative winery together with Mora Bianca and Nuraghe Moscato Spumante Dolce.

Nuraghe Rosé Spumante Brut is obtained from native red berried grapes from vineyards grown on the sandy soils of the coastal area near Mogoro: vinified using the bleeding method, it is fermented at low temperature with the use of selected yeasts and started to take foam in autoclave, where it remains for thirty days on its noble lees to favor the increase in structure.

The Nuraghe Rosé Spumante Brut shows delicate chains of fine bubbles in the flute, and an intense pink color with cyclamen reflections, due to the bleeding technique.

The nose offers delicate and tantalizing aromas of raspberries and wild strawberries, small rosebuds and pleasant notes of fresh thyme.

In the mouth The Nuraghe Rosé Spumante Brut is soft, fresh and savory, enlivened by carbon dioxide bubbles, but with a certain body and a slight residual sugar. The very fine aromas persist pleasantly.

The Nuraghe Rosé Spumante Brut is a perfect sparkling wine as an aperitif, to be accompanied with fresh cured meats such as Salame di Varzi DOP, Strolghino parmesan or bacon, but also suitable to accompany seafood appetizers such as shrimp salad, fried fish and first courses. based on shellfish. Try it with the frying of inseminated aubergines!
