Pure Liquid Biotin Food Supplement 50 ml

Liquid Biotin is a food supplement in concentrated liquid form based on Biotin.

Biotin (also called Vitamin B8 or H) is part of the complex of vitamins of group B. It is a water-soluble vitamin that cannot be accumulated in the body and that must be constantly introduced with food or with adequate food supplementation.

It is of fundamental importance to keep skin appendages such as skin and hair healthy as it regulates the production of glycogen, the main source of cellular energy.

It is also recognized, especially at significant dosages, the decisive action of regulation / normalization of the sebaceous glands and therefore of the production of sebum: it is therefore particularly useful in case of dandruff, desquamation, seborrhea, seborrheic dermatitis and in numerous other dermatological diseases (eczema , atopic dermatitis, psoriasis etc).

Ingredients: Purified water, vegetable glycerol, Biotin (Vitamin H), potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate

In food supplements, the maximum dosage of Biotin allowed by the Ministry of Health is 0.45mg / day corresponding to 1 drop of Liquid Biotin per day.

It can be taken indifferently at any time of day (preferably between meals, coffee, alcohol, eggs and foods containing eggs), with a little water or directly under the tongue.

Upon medical advice, the product can be taken at higher therapeutic dosages, typically 5mg / day or 10mg / day by adjusting the number of daily drops taken:

11 drops provide 5mg of Biotin;

22 drops provide 10mg of Biotin;

The product is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
