Organic red wine from Syrah and Primitivo grapes
A wine with a rich and intense purple ruby red color that smells of blackberries, plums and sour cherries. Vignatorta is a fruity wine complemented by light textures of sweet spices and floral hints of iris. The taste has a fresh and dynamic approach, developed on an elegant and balanced structure with very fine tannins and tonic acidity that support a long fruity finish intertwined with spicy tones. Vignatorta goes perfectly with red meat, game such as deer or wild boar, but also white meat from poultry, turkey and duck.

Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed, through a tube-by-tube system the must is cooled and sent to the winemakers with a maximum capacity of 300 Hl, having equal height and diameter. Fermentation takes place with maceration at controlled temperature for about 3 weeks.
Aging: It takes place in medium-sized tanks equipped with micro-oxygenation devices and at controlled temperature.
Alcohol: 14% vol.
